Congratulations to our 2024 CureCell Award winners!
We celebrated seven exceptional PhD students working on cutting-edge research in cell and biological therapies at a formal presentation last week. They each won $10,000.
Thanks to Professor Glenn King who gave a fascinating snapshot of his research – turning novel peptides found in spider venoms into life-saving drugs for heart disease, stroke, epilepsy and more.
The 2025 AusHealth Curecell Awards open later this year so keep an eye out for the launch of applications!
